| The first thing you would do is
prepare the substrate by removing any loose crumbly substrate,
make sure the substrate is clean, dry, free of any previous
applied products, and foreign matter. In some cases sandblasting
or environmentally safe paint removers may be required. |

Prime the substrate with 1 coat of PermaFlex
(240 sq ft per gal).
Patch and profile any joints, seams, cracks, holes, etc...
using LRB/TAV mixture. |

| Topcoat using 1 coat of PermaFlex (240 sq ft
per gal). Concrete block walls will need another coat. Once
the products have been applied, not a single molecule of water,
moisture, or vapor can ever enter the basement. Sanitred products
also eliminate problem radon as well. |
